But from where did you get the background? From another artist? Did you ask permission to use it in your piece? You stated in your description that it is not your own. Before deletion, I considered how much of the art piece was work done by your vs. work done by someone else and the background takes up more of the overall artwork and has much more detail to it. If you want to submit your original drawing of just the couple that would be fine as long as it abides by the submission guidelines.
