Is The Boondocks considered an anime (the show on adult swim/cartoon network)? If so, I think there should be some scans and wallpaper posted from the show.

The Boondocks is an American cartoon that takes a heavy influence from anime. So, unfortunately it would not be.
A show like Afro Samurai would be, since Samuel Jackson produced it with Gonzo.
