It does not matter which is bigger, its still the SAME image but yours have text on it.

If it is identical to another scan, why is the larger deleted?.
Whenever another scan is removed by the size and quality, is not it?.

As I said its the SAME scan, the size does not matter. In your version, the text and design blocks parts of the usable image so there is no point in keeping it if there is a full clean version out there.
