need advice about a quality of a scan

I have some scans with this kind of quality:

The problem is that when I edit the scan looks like this:

As the scan has the original size 1747x2942, and the images that I post here are 475x800, I clipped a portion of the scan, leaving their real size, in order to compare the unedited version and edited version.

So I would like to ask if its better submit the scan "unedited" or the scan "edited". Or if you think that both of them don't have enough quality to be submit?

I prefer the unedited version :)
You can submit them now if you want and take the risk of it getting deleted by another mod or wait to see what the other scan mods would say before you submit them.

yeah, i think the same, but a mod delited a scan for being too pale, so i wanted to ask if this kind of scan its good to submit. ;)

Both the unedited and edited versions have their sort of pros and cons, especially in terms of quality, as we know we have to follow certain MT guidelines in uploading scans. :")

The unedited version will provide avenues for art-makers to 'improve' the picture in some way (making wallpapers, etc.), so I think I'm going for the unedited version, too. Or is it possible for you to somewhat lighten the edited version?

But still, a job well done for the edited versions! ^_^ Hope you'll be able to upload your preferred scan soon. :)

I prefer also the unedited version. The thumbnails look ok so just submit them. ;)

Roses are red / Dean’s blood too / On his knees begging / “Please, this isn’t you” (SUPERNATURAL)

with the advice of 2 moderators I think its enough, so i'll submit the 'unedited' version of this scan. ;)
