Are those scans ok for submitting?

I also have collection of Ghibli scans that are too small for the upload. However, they're rare and unique. Is there any possibility to share with them?

I think those scans are fine... they look good to me...
For the too small but rare Ghibli scans, even if they're rare and unique but too small to fit for the minimum required size, they're not acceptable. They have to be at least 1Million pixels in size... If you ever find a larger and acceptable scans then they're in! Just make sure they're in good quality. I would like to see those Ghibli scans as well... :D

I think all of your scans' quality are good. :) The minimal size of scans is one million pixels (1 000,000px), according to the Terms of Service.. So if any of those smaller scans meet that requirement, you can submit them! :3

I agree with Josephine12cute, if you do find larger scans of those, do share. :3
Alternatively, you could put it up on MT's sister site, Zerochan, or create a thread to share them.. But, this is up to you. As an imageboard, Zerochan really isn't as exclusive as MT. ^^;

^ above posts, agree with I do :D Zerochan is an image board themed website so even if you can't submit them here you can submit it there. The other ones (that are large enough) are good.
