Whenever I try to edit my comments on anyone's artwork my typed matter (comment) disappears and even after selecting the edit option again nothing happens. When I try to reload the webpage my comment appears again as it was before. I trying again and again but there seems to be no difference in the results. Please anyone help me! :(

Try to right click on the Edit button and select "Open in new tab" or similar text depending on your browser and then edit your message/comment.
