Is my original artwork good enough for minitokyo?

I did this sketch with a, traditional medium, pencil. I took a photo of it since my scanner is terrible, but I intend to do a digital version of it later. Right now, the photo is all I have. Please let me know if my work is tolerable enough to upload my digital artwork here on MT. I would really like some opinions and any suggestions you might have. Uploading tips are much appreciated. I have never posted any of my art here before, so I'm not too familiar with the drill.

Don't worry, it is really acceptable as it is! It's impressive ;)
The only restriction that would apply to you is that Minitokyo doesn't allow you to upload photos of your artwork (i.e. you must scan it).

To upload your artwork, just hover your mouse on your username (top of the page, at your right), and then select "Submit Indy Art". Then you add some tags (usually the name of the series or the character, or Original if it is something you created from scratch). Also, remember to write a title and a short description; if you don't it may be deleted. When everything's ready, just click on Upload and submit, and that's it!

Is not just acceptable is pretty good. I like this Gothic touch some of them have. My favorite one is number 3, I like her style, the clothes are pretty awesome, and the hairstyle is so cool.

To upload it pretty much goes as ^ said.

Good enough? Your artworks are more than that, lol, they're very good and I really like what you've uploaded so far. But as Hattori has already mentioned - it would be better if you enhanced that first photographed image in Photoshop (or what ever you use as an image editing medium) because the quality is pretty low and MT doesn't allow photographed works.

Other than that, everything has already been explained by Hattori and Tina. Good luck and I'll be looking forward to seeing fresh artworks made by you! :3

Thank you all so, SO much! I found your comments all very helpful. I was thinking of doing a digital remake of the photograph so I think I will just stick with that idea since you all mentioned that photographed art is prohibited from submissions.

Hmm... Maybe you can add color to the sketch? But then again, even without color, I believe it still looks good! Everything you have here looks pretty awesome. :)
