Well, upload it in the right category then. The correct gallery should have been the wallpaper section and NOT the scan section.
Either way, I'm afraid it won't be restored as its quality is too low for MT's wallpaper standards. The background is way too simplistic and the scan's extraction needs a lot of more work.
