The wallpaper was deleted due to poor wallpaper quality; you should've gotten the moderator's message at the bottom of the deletion PM you received.
Looking closely at your wallpaper, one can tell that some elements are blurry and pixelated and most of them look 'cut off' - some portions of them are missing like in the clouds, moon and butterflies. Pick better brushes or resources next time. :3
