Shinigami with a Quincy style shikai and bankai would be cool, but that hasn't happened yet.
Anyway, my favorite generally depends on my mood, but Shinso definately came to my mind first

My favorite would be the Shihouin, the ultimate Flash step, simply because of the raw power behind it, not to mention the look of lightning coursing through the arm like a tame pet.

That isn't a Zanpaktou Shadow0fnight...Yoruichi's Shikai and Bankai haven't been revealed yet; even though she has achieved Bankai she relies almost completely on Hohō, Shūnpo, and Shunkō.

Shikai:Either Ukitake's Shikai - Sougyo no Kotowari (reason of the twin fish) or Kyouraku's Shikai - Katen Kyoukotsu ( the crazed bones in the flowery heaven)
Bankai:Either Ichigo's Bankai - Tensa Zangetsu (Heavenly Chain Cutting The Moon) or Gin's Bankai - Kamishini no Yari (神殺鎗, literally "God-slaying spear")
Both: Byakuya Kuchiki's (朽木 白哉, Kuchiki Byakuya) Shikai And Bankai Senbonzakura (千本桜, literally "thousand cherry blossoms") And Senbonzakura Kageyoshi

In response to MisaSasekage's post, I know that it's not bankai but still... if I had to choose a Bankai I would have to say Tenga Zangetsu, that level of speed and agility is unmatched plus the final Zangetsu is awe inspiring.

i love katen kyoukotsu because the shape of the blades are really pretty.... yea thats weird... i also like senbonzakura and hyourinmaru.

LOL. Mines kind of obvious I guess. I really like Senbonzakura. Cherry blossoms are my favorite flowers and I really like how Byakuay executes his zanpaktou. It's just so epic hahaa.
