Batman Arkham City Fatal Error Issue

I recently bought Batman Arkham City in DataBlitz for the PC. I have already installed the game but when I try to run it I get this error:

How can I resolve or fix this problem?

Datablitz policy states you can replace a defective game before a week passes by after purchase, if you were using a laptop then I suggest you to bring it with you instead of letting them do the testing which will take days. Too bad for you though, I can't help any further because I'm a PS3 customer.
