With that in mind, your wallpaper needs a LOT more work - the scan/image you used is too grainy, pixelated and blurry, there are major extraction issues around the characters, the background shows low effort (it's not enough to just apply a rainbow gradient and some text) and it all lacks your signature at the bottom.

So, yeah, my suggestion would be to find a better quality scan and learn some good extraction techniques or use an existing vector if you don't know how to do that. Then, come up with a more creative and original background - could be scenic, abstract, simple, pop-art - your choice, really, but it HAS to show some effort and thought behind it. And yes, wallpapers that don't have a signature of the waller who made it risk deletion.

Agree, I would use a totally different background, the wall is about friendship so something cute and scenic like a garden with flowers in light pastel colours should be best I think. Play more with typography as well. Best luck to you!

The background may seem a bit to simple :) I agree with AnGeeChan's suggestion...Garden backgrounds sure are nice backgrounds for friendship wallies.
Something like these here maybe:
