I didn't like what they done with the latest FF game out tthere right now. Yes it was some what good but not better, i was hoping for more epecially from Square Enix. They did do a second part but i think mainly to get some fans back to the franchise but hopefully they would go all out with the next FF video game. As for now the best RPG so far for me would be Skyrim but the gliches and bugs are geting annoy, hopefully Bethesda lerns from it's mistakes.

I'd go with either Wolfenstein 3-D or Quake 1. Yes, both are old as dirt, but I find myself replaying them once in a while (even if it's just a few levels here and there) and they're still challenging - especially if you play on Nightmare mode with no cheats.

As for the more "modern" ones, The Sims 3. It's buggy as hell and sometimes feels quite incomplete, but expansion packs are sill coming out and the custom content community is huge. And killing and torturing those dumb pixel people is fun~

For me its all RPG Pokemon game like starting from Pokemon Red and Blue, Yellow, Gold, Silver, Crystal, Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, Heartgold, Soul silver, black and white too

The Last Remnant is very similar to FFxii and samurai warriors. Unlike Ffxii and SW, you have to buy the characters in this game! yes! you have to pay through the nose for unlocking some special characters. as far as I remember Hinnah and Hannah were one of those characters that you had to go through hell for unlocking them.
but I like this game. It's Really fun to play as Rush Sykes a Teenage boy with a mysterious power who wants to save his family!
