the line inside her eyes is a bit thick though, maybe you can adjust your brush size?
also some lines are still choppy, but practice makes perfect!
after you mastered paths, maybe you can move to shape layers? 8d /shot

Yes maybe but on the shape layers once I got the outline of the shape made I don't know how to add the other lines like eyes mouth nose hair?

basically it's like lining, you really need some tutorials if you're just starting to use shape layers
just follow the shape of the nose, eyes, mouth, hair etc. but basically if shape layers, you're doing "around" it.
it's really hard to explain without pictures...

Do you guys know to fix the image in PS?
My sister was working on using the pen tool on outline the image she is vectoring when she did "Stroke path" it didn't show up on the outline layer? Do you know what do to do?
Because she doesn't want to re-start the whole thing again.Any ideas would be great.

make sure the brush is chosen correctly, as in brush tool, not any other tool
and the color is black as well.
that's the only thing that I can think of for your sis problem

It could also be that the layer was locked and when a layer is locked, you can't work in it. That, or she was in another layer when she clicked on the 'stroke path' function and it didn't show in the correct one. You have to be careful with layers, too.

Okay When she clicked on "stroke path " She was on the layer she is vectoring to.
And but it still didn't show the Lines stroked.
I think your right about it being locked, But if it's locked wouldn't closing the PS out and re-open it fix the problem?

Not exactly - by default, I believe all layers are automatically locked when you open PS. There's usually only one layer called 'Background' and it's usually always locked. You need to unlock it first in order to work in it. You can do that by double-clicking on it.
