I can't upload scans!

I cant upload any scans for 2 weeks!
Every time I tried to submit, it became like this

I used Firefox... What's wrong?
Does anyone have this problem or just me?

Does anyone know how to fix this?

There used to be an IE plugin for FF. This plugin emulates IE in FF. Maybe this wil work
