Disclaimer: This story is a way of re-interpreting concepts already present in Doctor Who. This story is for fun and sharing but obviously not for profit.
What if we told you that Sheqel wasn't just the administrator of Minitokyo, but he
was actually another being from a far off part of the universe?
That he went on fantastic adventures for many years, until he finally decided to settle down and create a community
called Minitokyo?
With his sonic keyboard and mouse, he maintains swift and stern justice against bugs and glitches to maintain the
balance and harmony of MInitokyo.

It is a bright, sunny day in MT-verse and Ginger and Trevor are happily frolicking down
the meadow, enjoying their free time from evil plot devices and scary creatures lurking behind every
corner...
Conveniently Snatched Narrator (CSN): Nearly two months have passed without incident for our little heroes here at MiniTokyo, and thus Ginger and Trevor finally believed they might have a chance for some tea, picnic or bingo or whatever it is that young folks do these days. But, how interesting is that? Not very, let me tell you. Bingo bores our writers, and when our writers get bored...
Ginger: ...WE get to pay for it, right?!
CSN: You guessed it! Well, enjoy whatever misfortune our sadistic writers have in store for you today! *smiles sincerely and magically goes poof*
*Trevor runs in, panting and clearly distressed*
Trevor: Ginger, Ginger, GINGER! You’ll never believe what just happened!
Ginger: Don’t tell me something went wrong already! Man, those guys work fast…so, what happened?
Trevor: I got an anonymous letter! Says, “Come to the forums, lest you meet certain doom!” What do you think it
could mean?
Ginger: Well, I’m pretty sure it means we’ll die if we don’t go to the forums. Don’t quote me on that, though.
But really, those writers are pretty bold…
Trevor: What are we waiting for then?! Here, let me go get the TARDIS. I’m sure The Sheqel wouldn’t mind in such a
dire situation!
The Sheqel: Well, actually, I’m not sure I would mind if someone were to ki-
*Trevor shoves The Sheqel out of the way, as per usual*
Ginger: Did you hear someone, Trevor?
Trevor: N-no, not at all! Must be your imagination! Well, let’s get going now...
The Sheqel: ...why does this always happen to me? withers*
*The two flee to the forum section in hopes of escaping the threatened doom. The TARDIS
screeches to a halt in Forumia, the land of forums*
Ginger: Ugh, that was an unpleasant ride! Seriously, it’s like The Sheqel never greases down his TARDI--AAAAAH!
Trevor: Yeah, sure, whatever you say-wait a minute, what? What’s with the screaming?
Ginger: *pointing and squirming* Do you SEE that? There are, there are, there
are little robot spider things coming after us!
Trevor: EEEEK! Someone, help us!
Voice Out Of Nowhere: Trevor, is that you squealing like a little girl again? Honestly dude, man up…Remember that time
that you almost fell in the Satan Pit? You couldn’t sleep for months and ended up weeping on my shoulder every night!
And then when you realized that there were some Ood in your closet? Sheesh, you treated them like they were boogeymen or
something...
Trevor: Ack! That voice... Formaldehyde Squall, is that you?! HELP US! And who are you to talk; you were the one who
pushed me into the pit!
Formaldehyde Squall: You deserved it, ya little wimp. It was just payback for those waffles of mine you stole!
Trevor: Oh yeah? Well the waffles were just payback for that time that you stuck an adipose baby in my pants and cackled
maniacally like it was so funny to see me shimmy around like an idiot!
Ginger: GUYS! Cut it out! Have the two of you not noticed that the freaky spider things are still trying to attack
us?!
Formaldehyde Squall: *yawns* Oh yeah…go get ‘em, Cybermen!
*Robot-like men appear out of no where, shoot the spiders, and then try to turn the
spiders into more Cybermen*
Formaldehyde Squall: There, all better! Those pesky things never seem to leave the forum alone. It's like a flea
infestation sometimes.
Trevor: ...are you trying to imply you have fleas? *eyes suspiciously*
Formaldehyde Squall: ...are you trying to imply your desire to visit the Satan Pit again?
Trevor...Uh... no?
Formaldehyde Squall: Thought so.
Ginger: Whew! That was close, thanks, but…what are the Cybermen? They’re nearly as scary as the spiders…speaking
of which, I should probably ask (like the convenient plot device that I am), what exactly are the spiders?
Formaldehyde Squall: Those? Those are spam bots. The annoying things are always after the forums. They come and leave
useless advertisements for shoes. Or bags. I think I saw one for Viagra once, too. Other times they just leave generic
comments like “I <3 Bieber” and clog up the forums. They leave us no choice but to turn them into Cybermen and
turn them into more worker bees! *cackles* Oh, yeah, by the way, who are you?
Ginger: Me? I’m Ginger! A friend of Trevor’s.
Formaldehyde Squall: Oh honey, you don’t have to lie. We all know Trevor has no friends.
Trevor: HEY!
Ginger: Well, Trevor, he does have a point. No matter where we go, no one seems to like you and everyone wants to avoid
you like a plague.
Trevor: That’s not true! Hey, random Cyber dude! You like me, right?
Random!Cyberman: .......
Trevor: ........
The whole MT-verse: .........
*crickets chirp*
Formaldehyde Squall: See what I mean?
Trevor: Shut up! Cybermen don’t have emotions, so they technically can’t like anyone…Oh, forget this! Just give us
some tips about the forums so that we can be educational and then get out of here already. You ARE still the forum mod,
right?
Formaldehyde Squall: Of course! Well, Miss Ginger, welcome to the forum section. As you’ve already seen, spam bots and
spamming in the forums is not allowed. You should also avoid being downright rude or disrespectful (and using bad
language); try to really contribute to the conversation…you know, just use common sense. Oh, and don’t make threads
that are essentially the same as ones that already exist.
Ginger: Sounds easy enough!
Trevor: Alright. Now let’s get outta here while I'm still-
*One of the Cybermen comes clamoring towards them*
Panicky!Cyberman: SIR, THERE IS AN EMERGENCY IN DEMON’S RUN. GENERAL DISCUSSIONS WAS DROWNED BY LIEUTENANT OFF-TOPIC.
HE NEEDS RESUSCITATION IMMEDIATELY, LEST HE DIES.
Formaldehyde Squall: Oh, crud, guess we better go help. Ginger, do you mind lending me a hand? This is more than a one
man job; we need thriving, intelligent discussion to keep the General alive…Trevor, I would ask you, but I know that
you are incapable of any intelligent thought.
Trevor: I’m not stupid! I’m not…*sucks thumb and pouts*
Ginger: Got it, I’ll help!
*The two begin a real conversation, and the General starts to breath again*
Formaldehyde Squall: Whew! Thought we almost lost him there. Without him, MT Planet would have been a sad, stagnant
place…but we can keep MT Planet healthy if we take care of our ole General here with some healthy, intelligent
discussion.
Ginger: Stagnant? Hey Trevor, do you think that was what that letter you received was about? If we hadn’t come, MT
would have been in danger! Wow, guess our writers are nicer than we thought...
Trevor: Hmm, you might be right. Well, what do you say we get going?
*Cue rolling tumbleweed and western movie music*
Sheriff Wisely: TREVOR! Get back over here, you idiot! You’re not getting away this time, not after you came and
bothered our adipose babies last time! MEET YOUR CERTAIN DOOM!
Ginger: ....ah, now we know where the 'certain doom' came from...
*The Sheriff shoots at Trevor repeatedly, barely missing each time as Trevor runs
around and cries like a little girl that he probably is*
Trevor: Wait a sec! I thought the certain doom was if I DIDN’T go to Forumia! What’s with all this?!
Alenas: Bahaha, we never said you wouldn’t meet certain doom in Forumia. We just said you definitely would if you
didn’t go. We're capable of devious plot holes, remember?
Snicker: Suckers...*snickers*
Sol: Satan Pit for you again!
Ginger: Sadistic writers aside, what’s the Sheriff doing here? Doesn’t she work in the Indy Art Section?
Formaldehyde Squall: Yup, but she also helps me out in the forum along with the Cybermen. *waves* Hey, Wisely!
Sheriff Wisely: Hey, Formaldehyde Squall! Be right there as soon as I take care of this guy!
*Shots are heard in the background, while the Sheriff chases a screaming Trevor as
Formaldehyde Squall and Ginger take some tea*
Ginger: Oh, wow, this is really delicious! I can't pinpoint the exact flavor, though...
Formaldehyde Squall: It's green tea with a dash of apricot in it. *sips*
Ginger: Oooh... *sips*
Conveniently Snatched Narrator: *sips tea and watches Trevor being chased all across Forumia* Oh, just let me watch for at least once, this is too much fun to miss in its glorious entirety.

Hoo's tip #5183: To assist in retrieving your passwords for different websites and the like, simply make a folder and name it for where you use the password and insert a text file in it with the password. Then save the file in a safe location. (with your documents etc.) You should back up the file on a flash drive or a disc (both is best). The file may also be encrypted using WnRAR or WinZIP so that if you are using a shared computer no one else can open your passwords file.

A lot of us MT Members are Young Adults and by all means at this age that we struggle to recognize our mother's hardships and never-ending patience. Title: Higurashi No Naku Koro ni
Also known as: Higurashi: When They Cry, lit. When Cicadas Cry
The story is set in Hinamizawa, a quiet village in the rural area, where people are living in harmony. Each year people celebrate the Watanagashi festival as a sign of gratitude to Oyashiro-sama, their local guardian. But every year, during the night of the festival, someone dies and another disappears. This is believed to be a form of punishment bestowed by the angry god and up until now, the series of deaths and disappearances remains a mystery.
This psychological thriller anime is told in an intricate manner. It doesn’t unfold in a linear manner but first presents to us the basic details, and the succeeding episodes explain each details in an in-depth style. What makes this stoy interesting is that one needs to watch the whole anime in order to fully grasp the main plot. Each episode is connected to another which leads to new mysteries that make up the bigger plot. Also, since this 26-episode anime is divided into chapters composing of 4-5 episodes, starting a new chapter will always made you think ‘ What happen? I thought it’s like this..’. Thus leading you to chase the whole series until the end.
Higurashi Naku Koro Ni will surely not let fans who like psychological thriller and thought provoking series down.
I’ll give it a 9/10 since not all questions are answered.

Snicker: What sections of MT would you say you work with most?
Cy: While I'm a bit of a ghost lately, I cover the Forums as well as the Review section of Minitokyo.
Snicker:In that case, do you have any recommendations for members interested in writing reviews or participating in
forums?
Cy: Don't you know it! Tama-Neko wrote up a fantastic guide that's perfect for following reviews, http://forum.minitokyo.net/t69855 The best advice I can
also offer is to simply read the reviews. I found that by reading other reviews, it allowed me to focus on certain
material that some might not offer, or offer things in a different light. As for the forums, just go over the rules is
all you need. Once you have a good understand of what is allowed and what isn't, the next step is to just dive
right in!
Snicker: How can members avoid facing the wrath of the Hammer?
Cy:Avoid facing the Hammer is quite an easy process. Just avoid bad language, as we do our best to cater towards members
of all ages on Minitokyo. Along with that, we encourage members to keep an open mind and heart about all opinions and
beliefs. Even then, you have to really go out of your way to attack members and staff on a very destructive level before
the Hammer smites you.
Snicker: Do you remember the origin of your reputation as The Tiger?
Cy: The Tiger sort of came about as a result of me randomly using an avatar of this Tiger with a dazed look. It was
originally to represent how bogged down I was offline at the time, but before I knew it it ended up being picked up as a
nickname. It's sort of like The Hammer, it just sort of came up and it just stuck.
Snicker: So, how does it feel to be the only male moderator here at MT?
Cy: A bit of a surprise, to be honest. Back when I first joined, and up to when I took a break from MT, there were a
pretty balanced male-to-female moderator ratio. Now I'm the only guy and I actually don't mind. Our staff has
been more than welcoming of me and they've been a privilage to work with as well. It's never been something
that's terribly bothered me, so I've never given it too much thought before, to be honest.
Snicker: What do you think the world would be like if you were in charge of it?
Cy: Oh my, if I were in charge of the world? Well I can tell you one thing for certain, more of the world would know
about the BBC show of Sherlock. Matter of fact, I'd actually wouldn't mind putting myself in that position to
solve crimes. I'd probably do all the running behind the scenes and attempt to be a detective the rest of the time.
Maybe have some other individual pose as a presidential figure or such.
Snicker: If you could have ANYTHING as a pet, what would it be?
Cy: Oh! Anything you say? Snow Leopard. They are such beautiful cats with absolutely stunning eyes.
Snicker: Do you consider yourself a snob about anything? (as in, do you like something SO much that you're really
picky about it?)
Cy: I generally am pretty laid back about things, but I know I can be fairly stubborn about things as well. Off the top
of my head, my biggest thing right now sounds completely crazy, but I'm really picky about proper hygiene, more so
in the aspect of washing up. But even then, it's more so selective. Now here's where things get complex.
I'm fine with people if they don't normally, but if someone wants me to make something for them, I completely
insist on washing my hands good and cleaning the space I plan on preparing stuff in beforehand. Which sometimes results
in, if people help out, me getting after them to wash up before. Especially since my father has a tendency to completely
forget about it. But I have friends who are just pigs and I let them be. So it's like very selective snobbishness?
It's rather hard to describe XD
Snicker: Now...what do you consider your three best and three worst traits?
Cy: Procrastination, sometimes a lack of confidence, and lack of desire for three worst. The worst ones are always easy
to spot. Diligence, loyalty, and a vast imagination are three of my best ones.
Snicker: How would you react if you were abducted by A)Ridley Scott aliens and later by B)teletubbies?
Cy: Oh boy. Well, if it was Ridley Scott's alien, I'd most likely already be impregnated by a chest burster,
so my first step would be to inflict vomiting on myself, and then find a way to get out of there fast without getting
melted, or eaten. And Teletubbies? There would be no hope. I'd be melted by the baby sun. Or else forced to
endlessly dance.
Snicker: Oh noes! The daleks are coming!
Cy: Daleks?! QUICK! Contact the Time Lord! Lest we be EXTER-MA-NATED
Snicker: Well, those are all the questions I've got. Is there anything else you'd like to say to the
Minitokyians out there?
Cy: Stay classy Minitokyoians!
