Saw the fullviews on the MT shoutbox and thought I would give some input, if you like. ^ ^
1) The concept is great! I like the scenery you chose, and the placement of the characters in the foreground, and the
city in the clouds. Whimsical.
2) However, there's one slightly jarring thing - the scenery is a warm summer day's and it's rather lazy
and still. But Rukia's and Ichigo's clothes are moving in a breeze that's coming from the left. As we can
see the grass blades up close and they are apparently quite stationary in contrast to the characters' garments,
it's a bit too obvious..
If possible, either edit the grass in front, so that all the blades bend to the right. (( bending like this

Or edit their robes (especially Ichigo's, and Rukia's sash and left sleeve) to not wave so much. Angle
Ichigo's robe and the right end of Rukia's sash, downwards at least? By cutting them with the pentool and
moving them then editing? : )
If the wind was coming towards us, from the portal, it might have made some sense, though it would still have looked
better with the grass in front of Rukia bending forward slightly...
3) Also, a thing about lighting. The lighting on the characters is mostly correct at least, since the light from the
portal hits them ok.
Note that the natural light is coming from the right. The city in the clouds (particularly the tower and cliff) however,
has its lighting from the opposite direction.
It is best if you edit it so that there are shadows on the left and bright bits on the right. Shading is easy enough
with a separate layer at Multiply (or other modes if they work better for you), maybe using the same colour as the
original shadows. Lightening up, I'm not so sure. Experiment with the layer modes. Make the new layer a clipping
layer so that it'll only affect the layer with the city? : 3
If possible, make it a bit brighter at Rukia's right side as well. Not an absolute must though. Though it would make me a happy soul.
