I wrote in the deletion pm that I don't keep partially cleaned scans. If I would then members would start to clean some text here and there and submit countless detexted double scans. We also don't keep scans where only little parts are cleaned anymore, e.g. background and a hand. In your case if you remove all the text you can submit your cleaned version again.
