The scan I found I thought might be okay to stay (might be minor) because in this scan Vividred Operation#600942 all you can see is the shadow of the telephone phone and in the walpaper you could actually see it and a bit more of her house is visible in the background as well.

Just thought I'd ask (not trying to be a pain in the butt so I hope that I'm not)

No point in keeping a small picture for the sake of a background. If it was larger then maybe it would have been kept.
