was wanting to know why the wallpaper was removed, any info would be appreciated

It was deleted because it featured a fanart from Pixiv (http://www.pixiv.net/member_illust.php?mode=medium&illust_id=33100160).
We do not accept fanarts in wallpapers or images from Pixiv due to an agreement with that site and their copyright rules. Your wallpaper also had no signature of yours which is also a requirement for submissions. Be more careful about the resources/images you use in the future since there is a list of sites here we don't accept images from. For more information, I suggest you read our Policy.
