okaaay.. so doing something with that scan was much much difficult than i had imagined. So i took a totally different pic and did something even more totally different xD
but it took a looooot of time to make T~T
i hope you all like it ;-;

Comment: I made the blue background with brush, and then erased parts of the pic, extended the white background a bit to right and added text with a suitable font... well it all sounds easy(or maybe is easy) but for me, it was so difficult @__@
