The Common reasons were send you with a automatic PM! like doesnt meet the minimum requierements in quallity or Pixel or something is not right with the content.
Well thats the usuall stuff so read one more time the Deletion message you recieveed from the bot

The PM stated it, it was deleted because it was too sketchy. Try using more defined lines and erase the sketch lines, using a lineart pen can help too. If you have any doubts post it in the sandbox first.
