Hahah, that's cheesy enough to be downright funny. I'm assuming that's some stop motion fun mixed in with light effects editing? (edit for clarity -- I mean "light" in terms of workload, not actual lighting)

Any GIF animation software will work such as Adobe Imageready.

If you can't find them online anywhere, such as e-Bay or even a store like AnimeNation or Amazon, then perhaps your best bet is to get them at an anime convention. That's how I got my Units 01 and 02.
