How do you convert JPEG to GIF without losing any of the original's quality?

you could use photoshop or any another pro image editin' program now yeah? :) ...of course, the quality will always decrease by a tad, but that depends on how much you got on your jpg image. If you got alot of stuff goin' here and there, the loss will be visible, else it won't be visible to the normal eye :)
applications like photoshop, for example, adds a few extra attributes and features to make the gif images look as much as the original one despite gif's color-range. But yeah.... that's one way to solve the problem, hehe...

and you have to open a program that you want to switch and then you save is
