Anyone knows what is the material for entint comics/mangas? I have a wacom and painter but it's a pain for entint (its very good for color). also i have saw that japanese people are using a program called COMIC STUDIO 3 EX for entint and make mangas. Have anyone used it? deserves the pity to use it? Sincerely i prefer a pen, but i dunno what kind of pens i must buy. Anyone knows a page where i can buy them (i'm from europe). I would like start a comic. Or better, do you know all the material needed for entint?? I'm trying to buy Rotring Rapidoliner set and Rotring Art pens (sketching), but with all the digital boom, it seems that this material is almost not selled as well. Where ever i go and ask, they say me "only pilots, and pens for writing only" :D schooler things... i'm Trying to find some page on the net about entint comics, but again without success. I'm frustrated and sad :( Please give me a hand! Cancel

Thats right. They use Comic Studio 3.0 and afaik they also use Comic Works. Both are great Programs. Comic Works costs only 110$ when I remember correctly. I downloaded a Demo of Comic Studio at Celsys Homepage, but it won't start, because it's a japanese Program. :( And I don't know, if there are any Patches for additional Languages. Cancel

Yeah, i have also downloaded Comic Studio at Celsys Homepage. the program didn't started also. I mailed them asking if a english version is on the way and they answer me yes. Yes, this is a problem now. I live in spain and i hardly can get a simple Rotring, and all due to the Digital auge. People that before was using Rotring or similar in architecture, now are using Autocad with the plotter. The other day i went to a store and i could ask for rotring rapidoliner and rotring sketch artpens (they should arrive in some days to the store) I will take a look over those books. Cancel

Yo tb (xro xica) ^O^ pos mira, el titulo de estos libros es Como Dibujar Manga de la editorial norma. ^.^ Echales un vistazo, xq kizas no sea lo q buscas, aunq kizas si ^O^ yo los teng, pero no teng tiemp pa practicar y ad+ los materials son bastant caros... tu mirals ^^ y suert! Vaya, multilingue :D Gracias Rousi, he ojeado unos libros parecidos pero de japoneses. No son los How to que casi todos conocemos. En la página de Deleter estan algunos de los que he podido ojear. La verdad, es que no son de mucha ayuda para mi ya que introducen conceptos muy basicos. A ver si recibo las plumillas y empiezo a hacer algo :) Un saludo! Cancel
