I've been using the code from my photoshop but it doesn't work. Every time I click the apply button I always get the same result. That is the color black for the background, blue for the links and blank for the other text. T_T Will someone tell me what should i do.

Make sure you are using Hex codes (ie #ffffff for white and #000000 for black.) When you hit the refresh button on your browser, also be sure to hold the shift key. This forces the browser to reload the page from scratch instead of looking at your cache, or you can try clearing out your cache if colors do not change.
I don't think this is the issue, but don't use quote marks in the code either.- Nov 08, 2004
