hi everybody,
i have a problem with the personal photo section in the personal settings.
it says photo must be 120~175 px width to be accepted.
i made a picture which is 120*120 and it always says that the image isn't 120~175 px width...
help ?

Maybe it has to be exactly 120-175, standard photo size?

i saved the pic as jpg in photoshop. So i think this point is ok.
i tried to put it in 120*175 : it doesn't work
120*120 : idem
120*170 : idem ...
175*120 : idem
150*120 : idem
...does anyone have the same problem ?

try using firefox or any other non-IE browser? o.o other ppl can upload pics.

I suppose the problem is either with my picture or either with the script...
i have a question : the width has to be 120~175 but what about the heigth ? it's maybe because the heigth is too big that it isn't accepted.
My image was a jpeg image made with photoshop. The dimension were 120*150 ...
The problem isn't resolved with mozilla.
i'll try with firefox ... but it's mozilla based i think ... i'm going to download this :)

ok. I have exactly the same problem, could someone help? The image is definitely in jpeg format and it has the required dimensions... yet I cannot upload it. I tried the mozilla as Papyworld did but it did not help in any way... the problem is still unresolved... and I do not know what firefox is nor where to obtain a free copy or how to use it...
help?!?What I do is me...

I'm having the same problem as well and i've done basically everything i can thing of to attmept to get it to accept my image, and changing browers dosn't seem to help. Oi how irritating ;_;

firefox is a free mozilla based browser ... so i think it won't resolve the problem.
BUT
what is weird is that this site seems to work better with firefox. For example ; there are threads where you can't see the messages with ie or mozilla ... and you can see them with firefox ... wondering why ^^here are the links for firefox download : there is a polish version for you jas

using firefox seems to be a must do to view properly minitokyoi just wanted to pm you my discovery :) but well it seems not to work good with ie ...
please try to download firefox :)edit again :
* i can see my picture now with both ie and firefox ... can other people having ie see it ?
* jasmine just said me she can see it with ie too=> it seems problem is solved
