When extracting pictures for walls, how do you do it? I like to do it by hand with erasers, since it gets all the details that way, but sometimes it's just a pain and takes too long.

I'm curious as to how other really great wallers here extract their pictures, since lots of people are like, I finished it in an hour.......it takes like like 5 just to extract and if there'e messy hair, it takes even longer.......... -_-'

P.S. If this was already posted before, sorry, I didn't find it.
