I have read in many books, and just saw on the news an interview with a guy who takes a mini recorder to a cemetary and records voices of the dead. Example, he left one near a headstone of a baby, he checked it later and the sound of a baby crying was recorded. I was very facsinated with the whole thing. SO what do you think of it all?

I would like to believe it truly, but there were already so many cases when a supernatural thing happened and some time later someone discovered that it was fake.I think if something is too weird or unbelievable it must be a super clever trick of a wannabe famous man. Still I do believe in afterlife but in life, I cannot believe something like that. Might be because I have seen too many cases where it came out as a fake.

Yeah I heard about the movie from the news, its was on there. They interviewed the guy, and they had a woman on there who new him and thought it was all a hoaks, but when she went there and he left a recorder near a headstone, they came back and the recorder picked up someone saying " I love you". He tried it near other headstones and picked up people saying things like " Leave me alone" , "Melissa". Even though many dont believe, to me, I think its cool.

hmm... voices from dead departed people? interesting, might be true, but me thinks is no reason to be afraid of. 'cause, as many poltergeist events have shown, most of them cases seem just want to be heard, that's all. Too much Hollywood movies can lend one a bad prejudice against the paranormal. ^_^

Yeah I guess that could apply for some people who get into it. I think it just depends on how much you show interest in it, if one were to have any doubt in the matter, then yeah there may be a possiblilty to go crazy in the process.

I believe in some cases, this stuff happens, but I also believe that a lot of it is fake. If somebody tells you a noise sounds like a baby crying, you're most likely to hear a baby crying because the noise is in your memory.
Watch Ghost Hunters, I think it's on Discovery or the History Channel, they tend to experiment with these types of recordings.
