man, i think i speak up for the peeps here when i say.... Whatcha talkin' about? The wallpapers made for MT are made solely for MT, all of the members joining this community knows that. And i don't think people submits high-quality gallery items, just to see it being used by someone else on their own site without even the slightest notification to the artist.
i checked out the site of course... and the person responsible for that site didn't even give credit to the artist, or at least supplied a source and link to the artist yeah? No he didn't. So that dude or babe or whatever are responsible for such fraudulent behavior.
yeah sure, of course we use stock images to build our walls, but the finished result is still our own work and is still the final image to be counted. Besides, if that "ripper" accuses the members of MT for using stock images in our own works, then it damn sure won't be an advantage for the imposter, because... well, check it out....
1. we use stock images right? These stock images are made from other pro artists, but we're merging it with our own wallpapers.
2. the finished wallpaper are under the respective owners copyright policy, whether we're using stock images or not.
3. if someone else rips these works, then the wall still belongs to it's respective owner, and the stock images still belongs to the pro artist. So to make it worse for the "ripper", he's not stealing one masterpiece, he's stealing two masterpieces.... both the stock images and the finished wall itself.
4. so if you get what i said, he ain't got much to say, unless he were permitted to use the masterpieces of disasterpieces, and i believe he wasn't. So he's pretty much pawned.
