Cloud of course. I think he is one of the best main FF characters of the whole
series. And of course, Sephiroth is the best villain of them all!! <

Cloud to me - hands down. Why? Because FFVII was really rigged compared to the
FFX game with Tidus in it.

Cloud is stronger, maybe more agile, and his attacks are far more gruesome to
Tidus, the blitzball player. Plus he got more experience to boot. lol

I agree with this 100%. What a cruel disservice it is to reduce Cloud to Tidus'
level. I mean, Cloud is not my favorite, but come on! This battle would start
and end the exact same way as the final "battle" with Sephiroth mostly
on account of Tidus' extreme wussiness. Then Cloud would come after kandle for
insulting him with such paltry opposition. Thanks for letting me vent some
frustration, lol.

stronger, and just plain out better than tidus. then his stats are better than
tidus. also if we went by story, cloud would just make tidus look like a
pethetic person. then if we went to abbilites, cloud has materia which it is
possible(in theory) that he could have 16 counters if tidus even hits him(or
cloud would have some freaky combo with his materia) also cloud does more damage
and can attack 4x while tidus only can do it once. Then the limit breaks they
both have, cloud has a really powerfull attack aka *omnislash* while tidus's
isnt really that good of one. also cloud would always attack first cause of his
speed. so cloud would win. also cloud is the coolest.

Well personality wise I choose Cloud as a winner and in battle Cloud should
technically win. If he has the final attack+phoenix summon materia, he can't die
for a while and he will finish Tidus with omni slash or KOTR or whatever... It
only takes seconds to beat him

Tidus was a sports player, Cloud was in the army. Cloud would beat Tidus (ignoring the difference in damage between ffvii and FFX) any day.
