Ummm ok. I'm new to making wallies, and right now i'm on finishing stage of my
first serious work, now i only want to add some text. I was wondering how do you
guys get an effect of "decaying" font like it's worn out and falling
apart...
hmm...sorry KnightofLain, I don't know how, but I bet if you searched on
google.ca you might find some tutorials or maybe even a font that can give you
that effect. And if you already did that then I'll tried to help you figure out
how ^^
The tutorial at phong.com "Chipped Type" may be
a good start to get ideas for how to alter the look of your font. The idea is to
mangle up the font's edges, and you can use a whole variety of filters, not just
the ones in the tutorial, to get different grunge, twisting, melting, etc
effects.
