I think will be the WingZero, but I'm nobody to talk for all, lets see what do

Both are tremendously gifted pilots when focused, so I'd call the pilot vs.
pilot battle a draw.
The problem here is the limitations of EVA 02:
1. It can't fly, so it would have a difficult time cornering the WingZero.
2. It depends on an power feed cord for continuous power. Without this, it has a
limited battery life.
Because of the limitations in the design of 02, eventually the WingZero would
win via attrition, as the Angel EVA did against 02.

Well the Gundams in Gundam Wing were pretty much gods themselves, destroying
entire spacestations and after getting repeatedly barraged for 30min's not even
a scratch is visible. Heck even when they say (uh oh, I don't know if we'll
survive this) they almost look the same, only with a bunch of bruises 8P. The
Gundams have their like strange Gundamanion alloy or whatever it was called that
does it's job of protecting them.
So even if it couldn't destroy the eve, it could do 2 things just to mention a
few.
1. Destroy the cable, (to easy with it's big Zero gun.)
2. Or destroy the entire Nerv Base with it's Zero gun.
Situation 1:Gundam run out power cannot fly. Drop to ground EVA hunt it. EVA
WINS!
Situation 2:Gundam aim Twin Buster Rifle at 100% accuracy like it does in the EW
movie toward Nerv based. Possibilities : Gundam accomplished mission at the cost
of Zero Wing Destroy. EVA no longer able to battle and Gundam Wing destroy. CALL
IT A DRAWS!
Situation 3: EVA in berserk mode. Gundam battle until run out power. Similar to
first situation just heero will die with the gundam as EVA in berserk show no
mercy. EVA WINS!
Situation 4: EVA use some beam weapon which power by whole world electric supply
like in the anime. Get Wing Zero while being protected by AT field EVA
WINS!
So no matter how you calculate EVA will still wins but if the gundam is Freedom
I think it will be a different story......

Wing isn't seed, the power supply for Gundams is way longer than in SEED since
they have energy reactors, besides in SEED their defenses are powered by the
suits energy, therefore also adds to the quick energy deplete.
Also you didn't mention anything about Wing Zero destroying the cable by firing
on it.
Besides the scenario can go both ways.
1. The thing about Power is mentioned previously, The Eva will have more problem
defending it's cable than Zero's reactor will have generating energy.
2. The reason Zero is destroyed in EW is not because it aims with 100%, aiming
has nothing to do with the destruction of the gun or the on wielding it, in this
case the Gundam. Therefore Zero has the possibility of destroying Nerv without
destroying itself, so perhaps no draw. Also did you also see when Quatre piloted
Wing Zero shooting non stop while at the space colony, both by taking the rifles
apart and combining them for the big beam? No damage to Zero their nor the case
of running out of power, Quatre stopped shooting by the words from his friends,
only that stopped him from destroying everything around him.
3. Situation 3, Eva may not get into berserk since it only has potential for it,
potential and current power and abilities are two completely diffrent things.
Even if it does go into berserk mode the only thing it would is to jump up and
down trying to catch Wing without success, also should it get wounded (are many
ways for it to get wounded on), it cannot regenerate since it needs other Angel
parts to fuel it with.
4.Yes and while the Eva is sitting there aiming do you think that Wing Zero will
just hover in the air doing nothing? The gundams (especially Wing Zero) can come
up to incredible speeds, thus making it almost impossible to hit, escpecially in
it's Wing mode.
Actually Freedom isn't as good as Wing Zero in this situation for several
reasons, one beeing that teh Buster rifle is far moer effective than Freedoms
beam weapons, even though it might not seem like it.
Again, as a person who respects the EVA in general, and Asuka and 02 in
particular, a few things just seem against them:
1. The power cord, again. The AT field will protect the EVA, but remember - it
was simply naval firepower which destroyed 02's power cable in EoE. The AT field
doesn't appear to protect this all the way to the source. That's a problem,
unless 02 is just going to sit in once place all day and wait while Wing Zero
runs amok doing whatever.
2. Mobility. The ability to move at super sonic speed in the air means that,
once the cable is cut to 02, all Wing Zero would need to do is evade until the
juice runs out. At this point, you end up with a similar situation as EoE - one
EVA, standing there, ready to be picked apart. With a lightsaber-type weapon,
Wing Zero probably would carve the powerless 02 apart after the power turned
off.
It's not that the 02 isn't awesome - it just faces problems of
limitations.
Now, if they could somehow ground Wing Zero ... now that would be interesting.
The thing is, Evas are designed to destroy angels and such, whereas Gundams and
most other mechas are designed to destroy most things, therefore the advantages
goes to the Gundams.
Also, the pilots of the Evas are kids with near zero military and battle
training as well as experience, on the other hand the pilots of the Gundams
(especially Gundam Wing's) are almost battle masters.
A more fun fight imo is Jehuty or Anubis from Zoe:2nd runner vs. the Eva's, of
course then the Eva's would have no chance of winning but the fight would at
least be cooler.

You say always that Wingzero runs out of power.So you forget one thing,the Zero
has an own Reactor .And the Zero-system makes it more stronger.But in one thing
your right.With Freedom as Opponent Eva's chance for success are almost nill.
it is going to come down to the pilot. so EVA 2 can fly but if she has better
tactic she can win. Don't let the negative bring you down just imagine pushing
your advantage beyond your limit.

i think Wing zero would win beacause of two points:
1) It can fly
2)EVA2 is piloted by a show off

I like Eva 2 more, but WingZero would win. That thing is designed for galactic warfare and Eva2 is only for ground combat =P

Eva would sit ontop of the power cord building and watch Wing Zero tear itself apart firing TBR that bounce off AT fields.
And Eva02 has a berzerk potential too, as it did move after running out of power in EoE.....like Eva01.
So the Gundam flies...so what (shoots it with positron cannon) For a Gundam, WZG's dodging ability is horrible.
Evas are clones of god, Gundam is just a mecha....Evas are ~5 times taller to boot....
