irfanview is one of the better imageviewers, compareable to ACDSee. I use it

Yep, IrfanView is pretty simple to use too: pageup page down, left right keys. Thats all I need for viewing manga on the computer.
however, it views as full image size in irfanview.
I only
like to use couple of the functions it has..
