hrmmm...i got the song at home on my main computer (but i havent been home in over a month)...i believe it was called "devils cry" but i never found out the band that actually sings the song sorry

My friends say it is a group called coal chamber but they could be wrong but if you beat the game you will see the title in the credits.

The song is called "Devils Never Cry" and is sung by Shawn McPherson, if I recall correctly, he has a band named "Hostile Groove".
