havent been here for awhile so mind as wel start a topic here.

these are my two fav game for my xbox. Doom3 and Halo2, both have kick ass graphics, both are just hella tight, and both are just awesome playig online, "although i still have more love for cs then these 2".

i'm not wild about HALO 2 (i've played the first one a little) and i personally think that Doom 3 is just too demonic (but i have to admire the quality of the graphics). I really like Star Wars kotor and can't wait until i can play kotor II (need to get PC version because i don't have x-box).

I like Doom 3 more. Halo 2 was more like an expansion pack for Halo 1. the ending was the crappiest I've seen in all the games I've played. but Doom just looks plain awesome. the demonic part makes it even more awesome. it just pisses me off that they keep messing with the release dates.

oh come on, its the HALO effect man, its pretty cool. but star war s tight too. I think a thing with all star war games is just kind of overplayed with the whole storyline and stuff, and theres just too dam many of those star war games out there, not that is bad or anything of course.

and yea, doom3, just love it... wat can i say.

HALO 2, hands down. Yeah the ending sucked, but that just means we'll have to wait around for HALO 3. Besides, who really got HALO 2 so that they could play the campaign over and over again? HALO 2 is all about the multiplayer, which is the best around...

I prefer Halo 2. Being that I'm horrible with aiming with a mouse and pressing multiple keys at once (or in rapid succession), using a controller feels more comfortable. And Halo 2's got some fun multiplayer modes, though I can't say much about Doom 3's modes (haven't actually tried them, if any).

I don't play either of them, although I have much sympathie for Doom3. I usually settle for a lovely game of Unreal Tournament 2004. On the pc ofcourse.

Halo 2 is a bit more fun to play. Doom 3 is ok, but once you finish it there's no replay value. 4 player deathmatches suck.

I like Doom 3 just because I dont have an xbox to play halo... even through I hear alot of great things about it.
