Deleting my posts

Somethings my browser gave me a message of timed out. I submit my post again and when I see,there are a double copy of it. I want to delete the copies, but Im when I try to delete, it doesnt work. Why I cant delete my own posts? Please, someone help.

Only the moderators can pretty much delete it generally in a sense. You'll have to follow Tatsuya's advice here. General members of MT aren't allowed to delete their own posts. Not sure why - but oh well there.

It would certainly make less work for the moderators if we could delete our own double posts and such.

I agree., Aa-chan. If it was myself that wrote it, I should have the right to delete it. It would help de administration for sure ^^

i totally agree with this because it happen by mistake and this site generates error sometimes... so it would be helpful.

One way to avoid double posting to to copy your text and click on the title of the image you're looking it. It will reload the page without sending your form in again.

Also, members aren't allowed to change their own posts because we used to have members that would say something really offensive in a post, anger someone, then delete their post. We would have no record of it and were unable to dispense justice.

I see. Is there a way to implement a blocking offensive language script? Because that would make things alot easier. But then it might take a long time... anyway thanks for the advice
