Personally I'm not interested in this kind of music, but I want to know what do
you think of it. If you like it, tell me about it. If you hate it, tell me about
it too. But most important is why your feelings are that way not the other.
Well, personaly I'm not a big fan of that kind of music (don't exacly know
what's the diffrence beetween hip-hop and rap, but I don't like neither of
them). I don't know exacly why. I just feel that hip-hop songs aren't actually
songs (if that makes any sense).
But there are few songs from that type of music that I liked.
Probably that just goes to prove, that I listen to everything .
I don't like hip-hop music. I don't hate it and I respect if someone like it
but... it's not my style. I like music with some more "magic" lyrics.
I hope you understand. Hip-hop is only ryth but nothing more to me.
It's okay to a certain extent. When they begin talking about sex, shootouts and
everything like that, it gets bad. Not all hip-hop is bad and conveys the wrong
messages. As for my listening experience, I listen to it all the time because of
the surrounding campus students. I don't listen to it even from the fact that I
live in New York City, the place where rap and hip-hop first
originated.
Can't you believe that a student complained about grunge music being on mtvU on
my campus? Do you see how some places in the north bias some music but advocate
others?

i used to listen to Run DMC, Public Enemy, and a few others back in the day..
but these current stuff is just plain garbage.. i mean these thugs sing of
bentleys, cristal and bimbos. that is the extent of their dare i say
"lyrics" and i hate to say this but the average person can't relate
to this nonsense.
perhaps all country and rap singers should be segregated to a deserted island-
then we should firebomb it.. twice.

He presumed that it'll be very controversial and people'll be intresteid in what
he's doing. And he was right. How corruptible.
Not much of a fan of Hip hop but I do like Eminem, Tupac Shakur, DMX and a few
others. I don't see the reason to hate Eminems like you guys do. Like him or
not? He is a good rapper in the end and that is all that matters. Just because
you dislike the artist does not mean you have to dislike their music. Keep that
in mind

I like hip hop very much...I really like german, polish and of course american
hip hop. I love 2pac<rip> nas, quan, snoop, xibit, dmx and more... but
2pac was really the best he rulez... but now I listen electronic music< hip

many of my friends are really into hip-pop. i think hip-pop is ok. sometimes
when the lyrics gets inappropriate, i would just listen to the beat and the
music. i think that its good music to dance to.

see he's more like a guilty pleasure [like chocolate] he offends a lot of people
but there is a hint of truth in what he says. i can relate to alot of his anger
management stuff. btw

really depend on your taste, so I have no feeling toward it in anyway 
I only listen to a few titles.... but......
It's pretty much smokin' weed, drinkin' till u puke/pass out/die, slappin' the bitches, and gettin' the big booty. So overall fun times. :P
