I wish there was a place to submit drawings n such. I do a lot of traditional
pencil art (some of which has been sold at anime expos) and it'd be nice to let
others see it and rate it as well. I'm not so hot at making wallpapers
unfortunately x.x
I guess it'd be submitted under "misc scans"? When i looked at the
description, it said that black and white scans werent allowed because they'd
make bad wallpapers x.x
ummm... if its original art, you should submit it under doujinshi- thats where
we submit things like our own drawings, sketches etc.. its the 'indy art'
section

Not true. You may submit your drawings under the doujinshi category. They may not be good for wallpapers, but this is your own work you're submitting.
