That site's got a guide to registering for those of us who can't read Japanese. PangYa is an online golfing game with anime style characters. Think of it as Mario Golf, but with somewhat better physics and customizable characters. If you do decide to play, the server with the most English speaking people is the last server on the bottom right, in the bottom right Vs room.
