I would probably have to say Masamune Shirow because i like his Anime Ghost in the Shell, its my favorite anime.

i have seen the work of okamoto thanks to the scans of kanna and i have to say ......they are really good so he is my new favorite h-artist

Satoshi Urushihara. I even had opportunity to talk to him when he showed up as guest at Anime Expo '96 in Los Angeles.

My fav H-Artists had to be Fujio Okamoto, Masamune Shirow, Tony Taka, and I dunno if this artist is a doujin artist or not but Kenix has the cutest ecchi and hentai images I've ever seen! @_@ Dun believe me, well check out Kenix's website here at the bottom! It has all of his previous work, which is very pretty! ^^;
