What was your childhood fear?

Mine was Kermit with teeth. There was one Muppets episode where Kermit was singing and then turned around and they had put fake teeth in his mouth. Terrified! Last week I saw that new Quizno's commercial with the furballs w/ teeth and was instantly reliving all my childhood trauma.

My brother was petrified of the talking loaf of bread on Sesame Street.

My fear? They were my parents. Those bastards never knew how to treat me properly. I was a tamagotchi for them.

Clowns. No question about it. Those freaks scared me.

spiders and medicine was the worst for me......i remember always just throwing up on the smell of medicine when i was sick....yuck!

it took 4 adults to pin me down and force me to drink the medicine....then i just throw it back out...haha

I used to be scared of thunder....now I love thunderstorms.

Also the clown scene from the movie Poltergeist scared the crap out of me for a long time.

I used to be scared of clowns, Ithink it had to do with a batman movie. And also Spiders, I hate spiders!!!!!

I was terrified of gorillas when I was young, mainly because I got freaked out by the Donald Duck short with the escaped gorilla.

My sister is the same way, (she had really bad athsma/allergies) she was always in the hospital and once they tried to give her the IV in the ankle and she punched out the nurse. She was 7 and they were really dumbfounded. But, ever since then they have to hold her down just to get cough syrup in her.

Would you believe it was Sharks and Heights....I couldnt swim in the sea and couldnt look down at buildings...:|

chibi people *runs away* :p

j.k it was aliens..after i watched this one tv show where they invistigated alien encounters.... T__T

I see Chibi people XP

always been heights. Im still deathly afraid of heights.

When I was little I developed a fear of water...well drowning actually... seeing as I almost drowned 3 times XD the thought of not breathing and going into that dakness scared me a lot. Anyway, now I'm only mildly worried about that because I got over it and now go swimming for fun in the summertime... still is a scary thought though.

I'm still afraid of snakes. I have no freaken clue why.

BUGS BUGS BUGS BUGS! Especially the Silverfish bugs with a hundred legs... creepy as hell. XD

I think I had a fear of being alone, partially because any child needs their parents and partially I was concerned about what they would do without me! Nowadays I prefer being left alone... go figure. I still have a mild fear of heights--no idea why. I think I like my ground to be firmly rooted. And insects... I'll step on and swat the little bastards all day long, but I really hate the idea of lots of the little bugs on my body. I had an unpleasant experience in boot camp where I got chewed up by an army of red fire ants... they can't poison me anymore because I have it in my bloodstream. Kinda useful actually, mosquitos don't stand a chance. Err, I think that's about it. No phobias really, just small universal fears most people have.

For some reason I was afraid of UFO's, and being abducted. I think I watched way too many episodes of Unsolved Mysteries (and similar shows). Now I'm only mildly afriad of all that ^_^*.

Really the a dark place... because i think there are monsters and demons...
