I would say yes... especially if it's the special someone that i have.... and
for my family.... and my friends... maybe even the newer ones.... my point is,
though it may sound wierd, is that i kinda feel that most of society is losing
it's track of wht's important...And i want to see how many people can and will
do what is necessary to save som1 else's life/lives....
NE way, the qwestion is, if you could do something... anything to help someone u
hold close, and in the process, may/may not die... would you????

i would definitely try to do what ever is in my power to help or be with someone
that i'm close to who is dying. wow, it's very painful to think about, and
luckily i haven't lost anyone close to me yet...i feel very thankful for that.
i'm also not sure if you were also asking if we would help someone to
die...like euthanasia? that's a much more touchier subject, so i won't venture
any further...

people are really more helpful when they are alive, why should they die to help
someone? O_o
(not talking euthanasia of course; ;p. anyway people should not be kept alive by

well, that's another way to look @ it, lolz... oww... welli think that it all
depends on circumstance (about keeping them alive on an artificial basis), but
if they wanted to die as soon as that happens, it doesn't do any good for them
to keep them alive....
Im not afraid of death and if my friend isnt either, we can try to both survive.
But If I had to die in order to preserve his/her life, then I think I would make
the sacrifice. It would be like stepping over a threshold like birth, just
another passage in life.
If you asked me, I'd NOT die to save someone I hold close. The first thing you
should think about is that the person who is so special to you would also hold a
special place for you in his or her heart. The person would want you alive as
much as you want that person to be. If you want to die in their place, they'd
also be willing to do the same for you. In the end, they'd only live in regret
that you died just in order to save them. Living in guilt and regret, i think,
is a fate worse than death. Which is why some people choose to die to save the
person they love. If it was me however, I'd save both of us or die trying to
save the person i love. And in the latter, the person involved would die too i
think. So at least I could meet the person in the afterlife... not that I'd want
the one i love to die...
