Anyone heard of this Anime? It's pretty interesting. Haha...if you like blood
and hacking and slashing, I think you'd like this Anime. I've seen the first
three episodes so far and I think it's good.

the music really isnt the same, actually its totally different. the onlt
similarity is that they both combine different styles together (i.e. samurais
usually dont go with hiphop). Bebop was basically everthing 70s: westerns,
jazz, B action movies, etc. it also had some noir mixed in, basically its very
much like a tarantino film. champloo on the other hand is more of an urban beat
/ hip hop feel.
well anyways talking about the actual show, so far im not liking the show very
much. it seems ok but nothing special, the only thing that stands out is as
mentioned, the meshing of samurai and a modern hiphop feel, kinda reminiscent of
samurai fiction. well its to early to tell how the show will be cause with bebop
i disliked it at the begining yet towards the end i saw how great it was

lines of modern hip hop and scratch.
Actually, the only similarities I see between the two is the story flow and
direction i.e. Watanabe storytelling =3 It's still to early to tell if it's
going to turn out good or bad, but from the looks of it, it just might turn out
to be another international hit ^^
in episode three i think the music gets kind of similar, but then again i
haven't watched neither cowboy bebop nor samurai champloo episode 3 in a
somewhat long time...
Hmm forget about the music, beebop was jazz. The first thing i thought though
when i saw the show was about cowboy beebop. The style and execution of the
animation seemed very familiar. As for the story, it seems very intertwining,
like how Mr. hired samurai just walks off.. (ok bad example) but maybe itll all
pull togehter in the end into one super amazing story. Who knows. Maybe itll get
realy serious like beebop did. Found that, that worked quite well.
PS. pandagirl. if you like samurai champloo, you'll probably like cowboy beebop
(maybe, cant say what you'd like to watch so go give it a try!)

I noticed it seems to be kinda like Cowboy Bebop set in feudal Japan, so looks good
Only watch half of the first episode but looking good so far

5th episode was good, & funny, too! many jokes are sprinkled...

why there's only 3 eps released? is it becoz it's been licensed? I cant find any subbed or raw after eps 3

as for bebop...what's NOT perfect about it, even the dub is perfect
