hi i havnt been on mt long but i have seen lots and i wnt 2 know wat is a scan
and to make anime all i have to do is trave arount a character and put them on a
new backround that ive made. ppl plz help me im getting confused i need help
like how long will it take to scan around a character.
err...I don't really know what you're asking. But I think that you want to make
a wallpaper..correct? a scan is well are the huge images you find on MT's
gallery, those images where scanned from a magazine or something by someone. You
can use those to make wallpapers (put the chracter in your own background). To
make a wallapaper you have many programs you can use, I myself use
photoshop.

your "Browsing And Apperance" under the "settings" menu. For
a beginner...I really don't know what to say, you might want to look at a few
tutorials first. You could also request that a signature image be made for you.
if yer using ms paint, use the button with the pic " A" to make your
sig.
use that to cut too , though its likely to be a bit more troublesome than
photoshop
