here is why I 'am asking :
I downloaded a scan of mahou tsukai ni taisetsu na koto from nuriko's website

I needed to clean the scan to make a DVD cover so ...
spend 4 hard hours cleaning it, then when I finished I looked on MT and find
that there was a "someday's dreamer" category (which is the other
name of the anime).
in this category guess what I found : a scan already cleaned
err... wait no no, that thread isn't made to point out how much stupid I am
so I am just now wondering :
should I submit my cleaned scans which look different than those on MT
or should I keep it for myself?
Other members have submitted identical scan in the past. They made comment that
their version is better scan than earlier submission. I compared both your's
and exe's scan and subjectively I think your version is slightly better in term
of color and it is bigger.
i don't see why not you shouldn't submit your version. You can also ask mod for
guidance here.
I think Mughi is right.... if you have a scan and it has higher quality than the
one MT has, then you can post it And your
scan looks better than exe's scan...

i noticed that! i've tried it once in the past and gave up after it was
deleted.
so now i pretty much keep 'em to myself!

If your scan is of higher quality than the previously submitted scan, the older
scan will be removed and your submitted scan will not deemed a duplicate.
