Hi, just wondering are you guys into Godzilla?
I really like it, especially some of the earlier movies which really taught us something
This is my very first thread, so be nice and chime in to discuss

Meh Godzilla is alright. I used to watch the movies but well I just can't stand the english dubs and I can't find it in japanese anywhere except at online stores. I did watch it in spanish once it was wierd to say the least.

also i watch the dubbed version, they are okay compared to some of the dubs americans made for other animes, hahaha.

Well... i dunno... i kinda like it, but doesn't meke me drool. I like the american version (allright, it's blasphemy, I know it). Mainly for the Green Day theme.

i've recently seen that latest release of the Godzilla series. It was pretty funny actually....XD

Godzilla movies? u mean the real old school japanese ones with guys dressed in monster suits stomping around a poorly made model of tokyo or the more recent Hollywood film? I quite enjoyed the Hollywood version coz it had a good sound track and was good entertainment. Have never seen the japanese versions.

The Japanese Godzilla! I just hate the american movie, destorying everything that was Godzilla.
i hope I can see Godzilla: Final War some time. If it comes to DVD outside of Japan that is.

I mean it was weird in that Japanese people were speaking spanish that' all.

I Think Godzilla is okay, the movies were cool in graphics, but it's a weird idea of a giant green lizard.

you just cant beat a radioactive dinosaur that has instinctively destroyed tokyo dozens of times.
on a more serious note, i thought Godzilla was good regardless of its being dubbed or not, i mean the whole atmosphere of the Godzilla movies was never really lost in dubbing, japanese or english it's still a man in a rubber suit having the time of his life

ive never seen gidzilla......ive been to this one guy's house that had every single godzilla movie like all the older first ones
