after you got the scan you want to use, its time to extract the characters.
extracting characters just means getting rid of the background it use to have to
put our background later on. here is a tutorial on how to extract a

after you have done extracting, after that its the main event. making the
background. making background have alot of different techniques. grunge,
abstract, scenery and many more. what kinda background you want its just
basically up to you. there's a lot of places that have tutorial to make many
different kind of background. the one I gave just now [imanimetions] have

but usually in the end its just up to your experience and skills to create your
own true and unique background. might sound hard, but if you're really
interested in making wallpapers, this is just a small challenge. ^_^

umm what things do I need 2 do that (beside a computer he he) do I have 2 have
some typ of disc if I do which one. Thx alot exentric that realy helped but I

yu need either photoshop 7.0 or cs, the best out there,
or corel draw, or paintshop pro, but i advise photoshop cs.. and um, a great
deal of tutorials like what exentric said. plus immense pracitice will make you
a good waller..good luck with you..
