well normally BLT refers to a "Bacon, Lettuce, and Tomato" sandwich. However, I was rather hoping it stood for the same T as "T & A".

I don't know of anything other then the sandwich. However there are anime characters with such a name. One such character is from the .hack/sign anime.
I don't think that helps but that's all I know
