I think the voice is also an important part of a good anime. I can always
remember cute Chiyo from Azumanga's voice. Another one is Belldandy's voice, so
sweet !
Lacus Klyne's voice from Gundam Seed is also very sweet, Then after checking,
she is also Chii from Chobits.

Ogata Megumi and Hisakawa Aya!!! Ogata Megumi was Shinji of NGE, Yukito of CCS,

I really like that girl who plays heather in Silent hill 3. o.o HEhe, I know
it's not anime, but the thread only said favorite voice actor, not anime voice
actor.

But um... Seki Tomokazu (Kyou Sohma, Sagara Sousuke, Shindou Shuichi, Yzak Yule
and many more), Tanaka Rie (Lacus Clyne, Chii). Ah... and of coz Ishida Akira
(Athrun Zala) and Hoshi Souichirou (Kira Yamato). All this seiyuu are in Gundam
seed.
Scott McNeil (Duo Maxwell from Gundam Wing) is by far one of my favourites.
He's done so many roles, both anime and regualr cartoons, such as a few
characters on Beasties, that I've just enjoyed hearing him every now and then.
I hear the voice, I think of Duo and the goofy God of Death always makes me
laugh
